Hotel Kaj has the following facilities:

with a capacity of up to 150 seats and an area of 148 m2 that can be divided into two smaller rooms:
Pinja (up to 40 seats) and
Žitomirka (up to 60 seats)
Additionally, there are 2 workspaces available:
- Meeting Room with a capacity of up to 35 seats;
- Marija Bistrica Lounge with a capacity of up to 60 seats.
Hotel Kaj regularly hosts small congresses, business meetings, seminars, team building events, and workshops in its conference spaces.
